The Constitutional Court questioned on Wednesday the grounds for the challenge to the Tax Amnesty Law by the two groups and two individuals that have submitted a request for a judicial review, and who claim the law will assist money laundering practices. The petitioners should also explain the weakness of the law, which could be demonstrated by the experiences of other countries that have applied such a regulation, he added.
